Send a drawing, a specification, an existing profile or a physical sample. We review profile, application, quantity, alloy, temper, finish, fabrication and delivery requirements.
Tooling & Samples
For custom profiles, tooling is developed and samples are produced for review before the production run.
Extrusion
The profile is extruded to the approved specifications, with production requirements established before the run.
Finishing & Fabrication
Anodizing, powder coating, machining, assembly and other required secondary operations are completed according to the program.
Packing & Delivery
Profiles are inspected, packed to your handling requirements and delivered to the agreed destination — with the same U.S.-based contact throughout the program.

What do you need to quote a custom aluminum profile?
Send us a drawing, specification, existing profile or physical sample. Include the expected quantity and any alloy, temper, finish, fabrication, packaging or delivery requirements you already know. If some details are still open, we can review the application with you before quoting.

What is the minimum order for a custom aluminum profile?
Minimum orders start from 2,000 lbs per profile. Requirements can vary depending on profile geometry, alloy, finishing and fabrication needs.

Can you reproduce an existing aluminum profile?
Yes. We can work from an existing drawing, specification or physical sample to reproduce an existing profile or develop the tooling required for production.

Do you supply standard profiles as well as custom extrusions?
Yes. BNA supports both standard aluminum profiles and custom extrusion programs, depending on the application, dimensions, alloy, temper, finish and quantity required.

What alloys and tempers are available?
Alloy and temper are selected based on the profile and application requirements. Send us your specification or drawing and we can review the appropriate production requirements for the program.

What finishing and fabrication services are available?
Programs can include anodizing, powder coating, CNC machining, cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, punching, bending, deburring, laser marking, thermal break assembly and custom packaging. Available operations are matched to the requirements of the profile.

How does a custom extrusion program work?
The process typically starts with a drawing, specification or sample, followed by review and quotation. For custom profiles, tooling and samples are produced before the production run. Extrusion, finishing, fabrication, inspection, packing and delivery are then managed through the same program.

Can BNA support recurring or ongoing supply programs?
Yes. BNA can support one-time requirements as well as recurring supply programs, including existing profiles, secondary sourcing and additional production capacity.

Programs can be delivered to customer locations across the United States, with packing and delivery requirements established as part of the program.
